Type-R-Cement

Primer-Seal

Type R Cement produces a strong bond between Moistseal and other surfaces. It is also excellent for bonding other materials such as Tedlar, neoprene, and foamed polystyrene.
Unlike asphalt mastics that cause plasticizer migration when used with PVC, Type R Cement is compatible with all PVC and polyethylene materials and also asphaltic materials.

 
Available in 5-gallon pails.
