3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
						EMERGENCY OVERVIEW
			Translucent to white solid pellets.  Slight odor.  Toxic fumes
			are released in fire situations.  Slipping hazard.
	POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS  (See Section 11 for toxicological data.)
	EYE:    Solid or dust may cause irritating or corneal injury due to mechanical action.
	SKIN:    Essentially nonirritating to skin.  Molten material may burn skin.
	INGESTION:    Single dose oral toxicity is considered to be low.  Small amounts swallowed incidental
	to normal handling operations are not likely to cause injury; swallowing amounts larger than that
	may cause injury.
	INHALATION:    Dust may cause irritation to upper respiratory tract.  At room temperature, vapors
	are minimal due to physical properties.  Mists or vapors from heated material may cause irritation or
	other effects.
	SYSTEMIC (OTHER TARGET ORGAN) EFFECTS:     No specific data available, however,
	repeated exposures are not anticipated to cause significant adverse effects.
	CANCER INFORMATION:    No specific data available, however, repeated exposures are not
	anticipated to cause significant adverse effects.  This material is not considered a carcinogen by OSHA,
	IARC, or NTP.
	TERATOLOGY (BIRTH DEFECTS):    Birth defects are unlikely.  Exposures having no adverse
	effect on the mother should have no effect on the fetus.
	REPRODUCTIVE EFFECTS:    Limited data on component(s) tested did not indicate an effect
	on reproduction in laboratory animals.
4. FIRST AID
	EYE:    Flush eyes with plenty of water; mechanical effects only.
	SKIN:    If molten material comes in contact with the skin, cool under ice water or a running stream
	of water.  Do NOT attempt to remove the material from skin.  Removal could result in severe tissue damage.
	INGESTION:    If swallowed seek medical attention.  Do not induce vomiting unless directed to
	do so by medical personel.
	INHALATION:    Remove to fresh air if effects occur.  Consult a physician.
	NOTE TO PHYSICIAN:    If burn is present, treat as any thermal burn, after decontamination.
	No specific antidote.  Supportive care, treatment based on judgement of the physician in response to
	reactions of the patient.

	HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION PRODUCTS:    Under fire conditions polymers decompose.  The smoke
	may contain polymer fragments of varying compositions in addition to unidentified toxic and/or
	irritating compounds.
	OTHER FLAMMABILITY INFORMATION:    Dense smoke is emitted when burned without sufficient
	oxygen.  Mechanical handling can cause formation of dusts.  To reduce the potential for dust explosion,
	do not permit dust to accumulate.
	EXTINGUISHING MEDIA:    Water, carbon dioxide, dry chemical.
	FIRE FIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS:    Keep people away.  Isolate fire area and deny unnecessary entry.
	Cool surroundings with water to localize fire zone.  Hand held carbon dioxide or dry chemical extinguishers
	may be used for small fires.  Soak thoroughly with water to cool and prevent re-ignition.
	PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTERS:    Wear positive-pressure self-contained
	breathing apparatus (SCBA) and protective fire fighting clothing (includes fire fighting helmet, coat,
	pants, boots, and gloves).  If protective equipment is not available or not used, fight fire from a protected
	location or safe distance.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES (See Section 15 for Regulatory Information)
	PROTECT PEOPLE:    Clear non-emergency personnel from area.  Pellets or beads may present a slipping
	hazard.  Hot, thermal burn hazard.  Use appropriate safety equipment.  For additional information,
	refer to "Exposure Controls / Personal Protection", MSDS, Section 8.
	PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT:    Contain material to prevent contamination of soil, surface water or
	ground water.
	CLEANUP:    Sweep up.  Collect with vacuum equipment.  Clean up floor areas.  Collect material in
	suitable and properly labeled open containers.  See MSDS Section 13 for more information on disposal.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
	HANDLING:    Workers should be protected from the possibility of contact with molten resin.  Do not
	handle or store near open flame, heat, or other sources of ignition.  Product on surfaces can cause
	slippery conditions.  Electrically ground all equipment.
	STORAGE:    Store away from incompatible material.  See Reactivity & Stability Section.  Store in a dry
	place.  Store below 140°F.  Minimize sources of ignition, such as static buildup, heat, spark, or flame.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION
	ENGINEERING CONTROLS:    Good general ventilation should be sufficient for most conditions.
	Local exhaust ventilation may be necessary for some operations.
	PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
		EYE / FACE PROTECTION:    Use safety glasses.  If there is a potential for exposure to
	particles which could cause mechanical injury to the eye, wear chemical goggles.
		SKIN PROTECTION:    No precautions other than clean body-covering should be needed.
	Use gloves with insulation for thermal protection, when needed.
		RESPIRATORY PROTECTION:    In dusty atmosphere, use an approved dust respirator.
	For most conditions, no respiratory protection should be needed, however, if material is heated or
	sprayed, use an approved air-purifying respirator.

10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY

	HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS:    Hazardous decomposition products depend
	upon temperature, air supply and the presence of other materials.  Hazardous decomposition products
	may include and are not limited to: Aldehydes, acrolein, ketones.  Processing may release fumes which may
	include polymer fragments and other decomposition products.  Fumes can be irritating.  At temperatures
	exceeding melt temperatures, polymer fragments can occur.
	HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION:    Will not occur.

	ENVIRONMENTAL FATE:
		MOVEMENT & PARTITIONING:    No bioconcentration is expected because of the
	relatively high molecular weight (M greater than 1000).  In the terrestrial environment, material is
	expected to remain in the soil.  In the aquatic environment, material is expected to float.
		DEGRADATON & PERSISTENCE:    This water insoluable polymeric solid is expected to be
	inert in the environment.  Surface photo-degradation is expected with exposure to sunlight.  No appreciable
	biodegradation is expected.
		ECOTOXICITY:    Not expected to be acutely toxic, but pellets may mechanically cause adverse
	effects if ingested by waterfowl or aquatic life.
13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS (See Section 15 for Regulatory Information)
	DISPOSAL:    DO NOT DUMP INTO ANY SEWERS, ON THE GROUND, OR INTO ANY BODY
	OF WATER.  All disposal methods must be in compliance with all Federal, State / Provincial and local laws
	and regulations.  Regulations may vary in different locations.  Waste characterizations and compliance
	with applicable laws are the responsibility solely of the waste generator.
	FOR UNUSED & UNCONTAMINATED PRODUCT, the preferred options include sending to a
	licensed, permitted: recycler, reclaimer, incinerator or other thermal destruction device.

	to help identify waste management companies and other facilities which recycle, reprocess, or manage
	chemicals or plastics.
